Why I Do What I Do
Collaboration is a dynamic and sometimes complex process. People operate within roles, tasks, and personal boundaries, but where exactly do the agreements lie? How can organizations and teams create clarity while also respecting the people within those structures? My mission is to bring clarity to these complex questions and guide organizations toward collaborations that work for everyone.

My Perspective on the World of Work
Effective collaboration happens when role distribution, tasks, and boundaries are not only clear but also discussed and embraced. Organizations thrive when they provide clear frameworks while also considering the human aspect of work. Through good employment practices and a culture of trust, people can function at their best.

How I Approach This
I assist employees, departments, executives, and works councils in sharpening the rules of collaboration and embedding them in policy and practice.

I do this by:

  • Analysis and advice: providing insights into existing structures and bottlenecks.
  • Policy development and second opinion: ensuring agreements work not only on paper but also in practice.
  • Mediation and confidential advisory work: fostering a safe and ethical work environment.
  • Sparring partner for executives, works councils and HR: guiding strategic issues related to good employment practices and collaborative culture.

My approach is sharp, engaged, and focused on sustainable solutions. I examine collaboration from multiple perspectives, ensuring that employees, organizations, and teams not only function better but also grow in trust and effectiveness.

I am a 'Portfolio worker.'

This means that I work for different organizations at the same time, in various roles. So, never full-time and with a combination of paid and unpaid work. I do enjoy working with an organization for a longer period, as that's when my added value increases, and I can stay involved from a distance.
